To initiate a Refund/Exchange, you can simply fill out the Exchange/Refund form or mail us at email@example.com or get in touch with us on WhatsApp: +91-9910699601 between 10.00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. IST.
- To avoid cases of exchange due to size issues, we strongly advise you to go through the size chart thoroughly (taking measurements with inch tape) before placing an order with us. In case you are not sure about the size which would fit you perfectly, you may WhatsApp us at +91-9910699601. One of our designers will be happy to assist you.
- Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed.
- Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed with the original tags and packaging intact.
- In case of any delivery issue, you are required to inform us as soon as possible after receiving the message “order delivered”. We may not be able to help you after 24 hours of such a message as per our contract with the courier partners.
- When you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.
- Exchange or return process shall only be initiated if the item(s) pass the quality check conducted at our warehouse. If the quality check fails, the product will be reshipped back to you.
- In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Skyria would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to you.
Note: Usually in process of reverse pick the product reaches us in 7- 10 days, but due to COVID the exchanges and refund may take up to a month’s time.
